Gill Group Design Build LLC was founded by Chris Gill in 2011. Gill Group Design Build LLC is a multifaceted design firm that offers design consulting and affiliated architectural services for residential and small-scale commercial projects.

As owner, Chris Gill is a design professional that brings over 17 years of experience in the architecture and construction trade. With an accredited Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Tennessee Knoxville College of Architecture and Design, and a minor in Landscape Design, Chris is able to provide leading-edge designs and concepts. Chris helps clients envision their projects' full potential, making sure every aspect of the project is designed specifically and efficiently for their needs. In addition, Chris has a 2-year concentration in Civil Engineering and participated in an extended study program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona for Landscape Architecture.

Chris has experience working with several building types and scales such as health care facilities, commercial and retail spaces, as well as large- scale custom residential homes. Capitalizing on his experience with local renowned design-build firms, Chris is confident in providing clients with details and knowledge throughout each phase of their project. Chris has a background and experience in graphic design, which has allowed him to participate in other various sectors of projects, such as marketing and advertising.

In addition, Chris is a licensed General Contractor for both residential, as well as commercial construction. As a general contractor, Chris is able to offer streamlined design-build services for clients with a "one-stop-shop" approach providing site planning, landscape design, architectural design, construction, marketing and advertising under one umbrella.
